Ok, seperti aku tulis pada entri terdahulu.  Iaitu untuk mengeksplain dengan lebih lanjut tentang band ni. Band ni dicreate di Toronto, Canada.

Band ni di ketuai atau di vocalist oleh seorang perempuan. Namanya Emily Haines, yang juga bermain synthesizer dan gitar. 

 Btw, aku bukan nk explain panjang pasal band ni, cuma nak share lagu yg top dari band metric:

.Orait, skrg nak explain skit tentang lagu diorang, antaranya mesti korang tertanya kenapa Help I'm Alive ada 2, ok, bagi aku versi The Twelves Remix lebih baik dari Original Version, sebab tu aku senaraikan juga yang remix version. Perbezaannya jauh lebih baik. Bagi lagu Gold Guns Girls plk, versi Original dia memang xbrapa bagus, jadi aku x senaraikan. Mike Shinoda Remix lagi better. 

And lastly, kalau nak pilih album yang terbaik dari Metric, baik pilih album Fantasies [2009], sebab album tu banyak lagu yang tiptop. :D

• "Gimme Sympathy" has been featured in 90210 and the opening montage to CBC's coverage of the 2010 NHL Winter Classic.
• "Help I'm Alive" has been featured in the second episode of 90210 's third season, The Vampire Diaries, the film Defendor and the video game NBA 2K10.
• "Combat Baby" is a playable song in the music video game Rock Band 3.
• "Eclipse (All Yours)" was included in The Twilight Saga: Eclipse soundtrack.
• "Handshakes" was featured in Inside Paris and in Test Drive Unlimited, a racing game published by Atari.
• "Monster Hospital" was featured in Tormented.
• "Black Sheep" was featured in Scott Pilgrim vs. The World, and also performed in the film by fictional band The Clash at Demonhead.
• "Dead Disco" was featured on Grey's Anatomy in Season 7 episode "Something's Gotta Give"
